About the role
As a Planning Manager, you are a key person in the operations and work closely with the Operations Manager and Deputy Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. You are the hub between customers, employees, and external partners such as home healthcare, health centers, and the municipality.
The role involves responsibility for the daily planning and follow-up of home care services and household-related services. You work both operationally and administratively with a focus on quality, efficiency, and good service. To succeed in this role, you need a good understanding of the business, enjoy working at a detailed level, and stay close to the core operations. You may also participate in customer visits when needed.
We are looking for you who are engaged, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating. You have strong self-drive, like taking responsibility, and want to develop the operations together with your team.

Your responsibilities include, among other things
- Staff planning, steering, and follow-up
- Coaching and following up on employees to achieve goals and create good well-being
- Working in various systems regarding planning, key figures, invoicing, and orders
- External contacts
- Participate in systematic quality and work environment work
Qualifications
Requirements:
- University college degree, for example service-oriented care and care planning, or other relevant education
- Experience of coordination with team leader responsibility, or other relevant experience
- Good computer skills
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Merits:
- Previous work in home care or other service occupations within coordination or planning is an advantage
- Category B driver's license is an advantage
Summary
Role: Planning Manager
Employment type: Permanent, with a 6-month probation period
Full-time: 100%
Working hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday
Start date: According to agreement
